Gezra Solutions

Privacy policy

How we handle the information you share with us through this website.

Draft for review

This policy describes how the website currently works. Gezra Solutions should review it, ideally with legal advice, before launch.

Who we are

Gezra Solutions (“we”) is a creative design, software engineering and digital solutions company based in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. We are responsible for personal data submitted through this website, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What this website stores

Nothing you type into this website is saved by the website. It has no accounts, no database and no newsletter. The contact form and the quotation form only prepare a message: when you press “Continue in WhatsApp”, the message opens in WhatsApp on your device, and nothing is sent unless you press send there.

The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.

What we receive when you contact us

If you message or call us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, any business name or email address, and details of your project, budget and timeline. We use it to reply, to prepare quotations at your request, and to provide any services you engage us for.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your network (IP) address in order to deliver the pages and protect the website from attacks. This may take place outside Kenya.

Who can see your messages

Only the Gezra Solutions team. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and project details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and then for a reasonable period for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
